Do students have work rights?

A.

Lisbon Campus

T&H Management School Students are sponsored by a local university and they will be allowed to work 20 hours per week during the term and full time when the term is off.

São Paulo Campus

Brazilian student visa system does not allow students to take paid employment so work right isn’t available to our students. However, we have paid internship and work experience arrangements with the local business to help student gain the vital work experience whilst studying with us.

Do the students need IELTS/TOEFL?

A.

IELTS/TOEFL and any other recognised English Language is optional. T&H Management School will conduct its own internal English Language assessment and interview the students on Skype. Hence, it will not be a mandatory requirement.

What are the accepted forms of payment?

A.

• Telegraphic Transfer
The School prefers all payments sent via Telegraphic transfer with the Student reference number on offer, so it’ll be easy to track and refund if needed.
• Demand Draft
T&H Management School also accepts Demand Draft from a recognised and regulated bank in GBP issued to be drawn at the United Kingdom and must be payable to Tourism and Hospitality Management School Ltd.

What are the course fees?

Course fees for Foundation Level is set at GBP4,200, UG Level is set at GBP4,500 per year and PG Level is set at GBP5,500 per year at all our campuses in Lisbon (Portugal), Funchal (Portugal), São Paulo (Brazil), Thessaloniki (Greece).

What is the minimum accommodation period required to be booked with the School?

We require you to book a minimum of 2 months with the school as it help you with a visa process and gives you a security of a secure place overseas.

Accommodation fees differs location wise so it will be served to the students whilst an offer is being made.

Why are fees paid in GBP?

A.

T&H Management School is a UK based entity working in partnership with many different institutions globally and fees are set in GBP.

Where are the fees paid into?

A.

All fees are paid in GBP into School’s account in London, UK. This information will be on the Unconditional Offer Letter.

Do students need to learn Portuguese language?

A.

All programmes are taught in English. However, students attending our campus in Portugal who are Non-Portuguese speaking national are provided free Portuguese language classes so they can learn the language.

Does the School retain Admin fees?

A.

School retain GBP100 Non Refundable fee which is used to cover the admin and courier fees to post the original enrolment documents and, whenever necessary, will refund in full.

At what stage of the application process is the payment sent to the school?

A.

Payment must be sent to the School’s account in London as it’s sent on the Unconditional offer letter prior to the Visa Letter request.
